Returns
For your convenience, items purchased on www.thermoclad.ca can be returned within 15 days of purchase, subject to the Return Exceptions below. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused or in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any return with parts missing, damaged by the customer or heavily used condition will not be accepted or refunded. For the full shipping policy please address the ‘Shipping’ section. To complete any return, a receipt or proof of purchase is mandatory without exceptions. We do not accept products that are covered in, foreign materials, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to manufacturing causes within the warranty period. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to the provided address. Please note you are responsible for the shipping of the product.
Warranty
We offer a 15 year warranty against UV Protection, and defects in materials and workmanship under proper use of rolls, and a one year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the accessories. Warranty for each purchase can only be claimed once and does not reset once claimed. This warranty includes malfunctions that may occur in the span of the warranty period from the date of purchase; This warranty does not apply if damage or malfunction occurs due to accidents, improper handling or operation, shipping damage, abuse, misuse, alterations, unauthorized repairs made or attempted, damage by accident, theft, fire, flood, water, external causes such as, but not limited to, improper installation and normal wear and tear. The customer shall be responsible for all costs incurred in the removal or re-installation of the products including but not limited to labor costs and shipping costs to return the heater to Thermo VentWrap Inc Service center. Within the limitations of this warranty and the discretion of Thermo VentWrap Inc, we will repair or replace the heater. You shall be responsible for any shipping & handling charges for both the return of your unit, and the sending of a replacement unit, at the discretion of Thermo VentWrap Inc. Thermo VentWrap Inc: Shall not be liable nor does this warranty cover liability for incidental or consequential damages for any cause whatsoever, including but not limited to; negligence, tort, strict liability or contract.
Shipping
To return your product, please send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to the provided address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping any of our products, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. You are responsible to make sure the returned product reaches our location.
Guarantee
We can not guarantee that the device will work for your application. Neither are we liable for any damages that the device may not prevent from causing in the case of loss of function or lack of performance. We can not guarantee that the installation will be correct, and that it will be fully weather or water proof.
